Director of Customer Satisfaction & Standards

Steve Taylor has 24 years of experience in the aviation industry. He joined Midcoast Savannah from Pentastar Aviation, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to Pentastar, Taylor spent 14 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, where he held increasingly responsible positions in the marketing, sales support, customer relations and completion center organizations.

Taylor is responsible for managing all of Midcoast Savannah’s marketing, warranty administration, customer service and compliance activities.
